Look no further than the Gambia for the definition of a political
dictatorship and a dictator. Why else do you think Jammeh and Castro has been
allies? The US doesn't have a perfect reprsentative form of government. That
admission, however, doesn't corrode the fact that the system in the US
arguably meets the basic tenets of a representative democracy. Say and invoke
all procedural discrepancies about the US' system of government but if you
are honest, you will agree that it is by no means dictatorial along the lines
of both Cuba and the Gambia.
