Myth:-It has been a tool for Junkurang's circle from the day a fortune teller revealed to him as follows....under that big fig tree in Niamina Dankunku...ie:"being 'mansa' on a friday was better!" To this minute Demba has been seeing myth upon myth and Talisman upon talisman. Myth and mysterious things were running the affairs of Cambi-Bolongo all the way.Demba has been hearing about the bees,the flying man,the healing herbs and the super natural fingers that can cure sprains and fix dislocated joins within half a second! Yes! half a second! Some of our folks have naive souls that feed on naivete,period! Laziness and ignorance are good pillars for people who want to encourage the 'culture of mythology' This myth has been the veil that covered some soldier's sight and thought. The other day Demba bought a video cassette /theater which was played by Senegalese actors and actresses. The title was SERINGUE KEEMTAAN! in that piece the late Cheikh Tidjan Diop founder of the  Daaray Kocc
 was teaching our society  a lesson.That is, there are people who promote themselves as super natural beings but they are nothing other clowns and laughable souls....Demba was watching and then at the same time thinking of the abstract movie that his mind was shooting for our future audience.That movie would be similar in many ways to that of Demby Faal's funny character!

Our's will be wider and funnier anyway because that abstract movie which is being cooked in Demba's mind will be entitled  "KURUSSBI AKK JAASIJIH DOILOWUGNE FATAMPAFF"!

 The more Demba remembers about the this chronic disease or transcending funny stories that are being spread within our midst, the more he laughed inside.Cassius said to his friends that he saw Caesar trembling and scared....Cassius was reminding the on lookers and blind-folded admirers that Caesar was human too! Thomas Hardy said that hunger for power or Napoleonic tendencies seperates man from being what nature had asked him to be! Man is an actor and he must observe and see if the spectators are watching or criticising his piece or pieces.Is there any film without critics? Even the BET Tv shows are "fine-tuned".Why are certain shows rated? Anyway ours back home shows us insulting so-called  Cheikhs and disrespectful so-called witch doctors that cure asthma.If an asthmatic patient faces a doctor that insults and chops...hmmm...would it not have been better if he or she went directly to the pathologists once and for all?!

Demba knows that those funny and mystified teachings are not true! Demba where were you? "I was there when we ate benachin butaanga and when we saw some souls using fil-de-fer to repair a pair of slippers!" Demba cannot be baffled or be threatened.Some readers may ask themselves this question:"Who is Demba Gaarouwaaleying here?" Demba is not "gaarouwaleyin" Demba knows that his pieces are being read by the targeted audience and he is receiving reactions behind the scenes! Hahahahaaa! some reactions have been sent by angry souls and Demba is being motivated by that! Demba is known by those who mystify themselves so much so that they would not want to enage him. That is why Demba chose to stay quite from June 2003 to now,Demba did not want to be seen as a being that wanted to prostitute information then get papers.Nope! Demba chose to stay mute get regularised and then come out with  no strings attached.Demba's war is not that of power or regret.Demba wants to remind the deceiving
 torsos that the second Republic is shedding tears and that was not what our generation agreed upon during the former high school debates.Every youth heaved-a-sigh of relief when that friday saluted Gambian history! Oh..oh..oh....disappointment is worse than missing a target.Disppointment is usually premeditated when in actual fact missing targets is usually caused by what some call:THE INFALLIBILTY OF MAN IS INDISPENSABLE! Here we have men who did deliberate things all in the name of prayer beads and robes. Critics say to Demba why were you silent Demba? Why? Hmmm John helped Demba again with a wise one:"IT IS BETTER TOO LATE THAN NEVER" kUNNEH AKK KULLA SAFFNAK.Demba yit amna nyoukoi deugluh deh!

He who laughs last laughs best..."Na John bin talkam deh!"

Demba says nay to rulers that are imitating ancient styles and shaded traditional teachings.The latter is usually a barrel full of intoxicants that leaves us with swollen faces and veils that cover all the hidden details. Demba heard those very fearful and super natural teachings when Samuel Doe was alive.We heard that his spectacles were capable of seeing through one's body or any other thicker substance.We were told that Doe saw through Sekou Toure's coffin and said that there were stones and not Sekou's corpse.Stories flew like wild bees and every Pulloh Futah(Demba's own folks)believed that Sekou was going to come back to life! You see how brutal beings can hold souls at ransom? Excessive wickedness and extra-ordinary heaps of praises and eulogies are condiments that can help cook such stories.

Well Demba believes that Doe might have lost his spectacles when he was captured by Prince Johnson.Demba heard a loud mouth one day say the following:"I am not Sankara and I am different from Doe, so try me and see!" Hahahahahaaa! Demba will indeed try and he will see.There are two options in life when it comes to decisions.Success or failure.Demba does not know if failure is on his side but! He knows for certain that  COMBAT IS ESSENTIALLY COMMONSENSE AND IT IS DETERMINATION THAT WINS!
