Decree 89 is a Jola law from Kanilai which only Yaya and his cohorts can
translate
its meaning.O.J Simpson`s team of good Lawyers like Mr. Cochran,F.Lee
Bailey,
Mr Scheck and Bob Sharpiro could always defend him on such nonsensical
Laws
similar Decree 89.I think,the L.A.P.D has  learnt a lesson after being
humiliated in
the O.J case so,they will not harass him as O.J is being harassed in the
Gambia.
Therefore,i think the Law enforcement officers in Califonia are more
careful,
not to violate people`s rights.
