This not about Gamtel or an attempt by Gambians in the diaspora to stop
Gamtel from their fundraising campaign as they claimed,it is about showing
our utmost respect,distinctive recognition for what our late brother and
fellow country man has accompolished.He has demonstrated in every aspect
dedication,professionalism and paying attention to detail as a
journalist,his lecacy will always be remembered.We strongly felt if
Youssou Ndour can protest against the United States invading Iraq he can
do the samething for his fellow African brother who has been shot
misteriously without any just cause.Just a thought from my end.On behalf
of my family we wish each and everyone on the List a happy and prosperous
new year May Allah the Almighty bestow mercy and guidance upon us
 and the
people of The Gambia.
