I have received the e-mail below, from the List
Server, and I was wondering why did I have to receive
it, because as far as I know, I had long since sent in
a confirmation message to the List server, for my new
Yahoo e-mail address.

And, in fact, my Yahoo e-mail address was already
getting mails from Gambia-L, but I've noticed that it
no longer receives mails from the L. Could you please
assist/advice.
