Am not beating up on Yero, although I can literally...lol!
I just want to make sure that no one is jumping to conclusions based on half info. if Yero is privy to information that not even us Managers are aware of, the better constructive feedback would have been to share that with us and give us the opportunity to resolve it first. 
Seeking clarification is not even close to beating up on anyone, trust me I know how to do that starting with you, yourself. Huh, i know how much you miss me but chill man!...Happy 2013 and I hope winter is treating you well.
