Why do you have to try fine-tuning President Jammeh's irresponsible
utterances about killing Gambians in their thousands, if the necessity for
such an unimaginable crime should conform to his twisted sense of justice.
The most unfortunate aspect of our nation's history since July 22nd 1994 is
that we have a paranoid maniac at State house who regards himself as the
deliverer of Gambians as the Prophet Moses delivered the enslaved Israelites
from Egyptian bondage. In reality, President Jammeh is nothing but the
devil-in-disguise. Oh no! i am sorry president Jammeh is no longer the devil
in disguise because he revealed his true demonic face to Gambians since
November 11, 1994. He is now the devil apparent, the paranoid who regards
peaceful student demonstrators as a threat to his existence and therefore
issued orders for their extermination. If your kind still don't believe that
Jammeh is evil personified, as a jounalist you should interview at least one
member of the many mourning families whose loved ones he treacheously
murdered in cold blood. To them, he is worst than the devil.
What a folly it is on the part of anyone who believe that Jammeh and his
henchmen are the custodians or guarantors of the peace in the Gambia.
Through their barbaric and cowardly acts of illegality and violations, they
alone pose the threat to our peaceful co-existence as a nation. There have
been peace and security in the Gambia well before
Jammeh's existenc, what we now have in our homeland is nothing but an uneasy
peace which is why Jammeh feels so paranoid, uneasy and insecure.
His statement about killing 20,000 Gambians only confirms to all us, whether
admitted or not, that president Jammeh has 'genocidal tendencies'.This is
very worrying indeed!
However, the yoke of oppression in the Gambia must be shattered! and the
sooner, the better.
