Thank you all for adding your resounding opinions  to the debate .  It
clearly sets a tone for all us to learn from each other, since I am not
aware of the economic principles  the Gambia will be applying  towards  this
trade relations in view of this recent  announcement.

However, my comment was based on what I think might  be most prudent
considering the Gambia's inability to command a competitive edge in most of
it's  existing industries, BUT we must also be ready to apply anti- dumping
policies.

I think it is an opportunity for those who are experts in this field to
offer some suggestions and enlighten where needed, so that we can continue
to learn from one another.

Again, JOE, YUS, Moe and Edi, my sincere appreciation for your input.
