Post Doctoral Research Associate - Remote Sensor

Essential Functions:
Analyze changing landscape pattern in six selected agrarian regions of the
United States using remote sensing and other methods of observation.
Interact closely with members of the research team on Agrarian landscapes in
Transition.

Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in related field that included research relying on remotely sensed
images. Must have research experience using satellite borne sensors to
detect land use changes.

Desired Qualifications:
Preference will given to those individuals with interdisciplinary research
experience, especially research that included ecologists, landscape
ecologists, geographers, agricultural studies, and GIS.

Application Deadline:
April 2, 2003; if not filled; the 15th and 30th of each month thereafter
until search closed

General Information:
