THE ELECTRIC BROOM AND THE MISSING ELECTRONS-NAWEC'S SKELETAL REMAINS.

During the Jawara days some of us used to carricature GUC-The defunct
Gambia Utilities Corporation and called it-Gambians Use Candles. Some called
it Gambia's Useless Corporation. In our almamata Armitage High School,we
used to jump and shout when the common phenomenon took over:"Lights
out!!!".During those days as children we thought that missing studies was
good.We used to pray that those lights go off! As soon as they went
off, books were thrown off the tables and desks. Then our lockers were used
as drums in darkness. Our prayers matched the mismanagement so night classes
were missed. However, lights out! was not something that one saw or
experienced every day!
The name or abbreviation stayed too long in the minds of Gambians that, most
of our elders or kotos still use that name GUC.
As usual the shameless mad soul who is notorious for changing names and not
methods or procedures thought that calling it NAWEC could baffle Gambians.
Revisit Yahya Jammeh's legacy from 1994 to date and tell OPTV how many
names of,streets, important places, monuments and so on have been changed?
Tell us if the procedures and methods that ran them under Jawara aren't
still the same?!!! McCarthy Square to July 22nd square,McCarthy Island to
Janjanburay Island(which is a name that was being said well before this sad
soul was born)! The streets of Banjul and other palces were named after
popular names but the idea behind it, is not nationalistic or for effective
change! the idea is deep-rooted political ploy to win the hearts and minds
of the community concerned.
Why hasn't mad Yahya and his cronies at local gvt named one monument or
very important place after Foday Kaba Dumbuya? Why hasn't he named the
sqare after Sir Francis Small or anyone of those who fought for Gambia's
independence? Or the one who designed the national flag? How about the one
who wrote the national anthemn? No,for mad Yahya he is Gambia itself.
Actually Yahya should bear in mind that never will any soldier declare on
TV or the raidio that he or she has over thrown Gambia!!!!!!!!!
Never!!!!!!! When states come, they are bound to go but The Gambia our
Homeland stays!
How can a crude mind like mad Yahya attempt rewriting a country's history
without that country seeing itself as a laughing stock?
When a mad carpenter is asked to be the surgeon for any unfortunate
patient, what should we expect to see other than saws, chisels and hammers
trying to cure cancer and leprosy?!

After the usual hot air and mad remarks against Sering Jobe and team,Yahya
jumped and then said that he was going to change GUC to NAWEC. Once again a
name was changed but performance and procedure remained the same. Staff
were victimised and some branded as saboteurs.NAWEC was paraded on every
media out let that was answerable to mad Yahya and the name was long like
Yahya's own name.National,Electric and Water Corporation? Is it that? OPTV
would certainly change it as one Sieraleonean changed Siera-Rutile Mining
Area when the rebels captured the place. He called it Siera "Futile" mining
area. The place was doomed and the efforts that were underway became futile.
Here we have NAWEC a body that controls and distributes energy being
handled by a specialist who has majored in wrestling and and dancing?! How
can engineers be answerable to someone who sees neon lights as lanterns and
then cutting power supply as punnishment against areas that are not!!! in
for the APRC? Well as the old English saying goes: Cry wolf.Mad Yahya has
always been using that bait for the Taiwanese.NAWEC This NAWEC that! Wow!
now he hooked himself up because that was the best(he thought) could save
him from the last embrassment! From 1994 to date the same problem and bags
of dollars were flying?! Ofcourse the Taiwanese also are governed by a
legislature so they have to control grants, loans, gifts and other sources
through which their tax payers' monies are being disbursed especially to
dictators and mad men overseas!!!
Mad Yahya's last attempt was to clear the past traces and then show the
donors that the monies were being squandered by saboteurs?!!!!!!!!!!
Well, well, well,Are the Chinese watching? Sure they are because Taiwan has
one the most effecient intelligence organs in the world.Knowing very well
that this small Island is surrounded by big Mainland China.
Anyone can know a lot about this Island by clicking on the
googlesearch, more over if an organisation like PDOIS wants to find out the
details. They did a good job, however PDOIS should dig more because D5
Million is too small compared to what OPTV knows.
We will leave it at that because this is not a competition,it is a national
duty that any Gambian is capable of doing if committed to pulling the
veil.Bravo! PDOIS!
OPTV is however,s ready to exchange notes with any interetsted parties
during this fight against banditry and piracy.
NAWEC-Should instead be called National, Wastage, Escaping and Carelessness.
Thats all! Mad Yahya is claiming to be a nationalist?! Well how much has so
far been wasted, through SOGEA,GAMPOWER and then our so-called saviours who
came from South Africa?! Here we have him trying to escape!!! blame by
hiring and firing innocent technocrats and techinicians. These technicians
and technocrats can never be effecient without tools, money and clear cut
plans! Now,after taking over and accusing those people of being
saboteurs, what have we seen other than ignorance and carelessness? Tell
OPTV?!!!
Where is Sering Fye? Where is Batchy Baldeh? Where is Samuel Sarr and his
team?
Where are the so-called experts from South Africa? Where are the Libyans
who came visiting those old machines? Where are the generators from
Netherlands? Where are the invoices and the proforma invoices.Mad Yahya and
cronies wire amounts that match the prices on proforma invoices without
bidding. They do not bid because the inflations will later on come back to
buy more Humvees and Caravans and then hire jets!
Any future gvt that skips scrutinising NAWEC will really miss mad Yahya's
track record of shady chests and accounts for ever! NAWEC is one of the
hubs of the muddy wheels that are carrying mad Yahya's coffin of shady
deals. NAWEC's skeletal remains are right there.
This institution died a long time ago,it is now a skeleton.
OPTV once told Gambians that mad Yahya is a mosquitoe that sucks blood and
fuss!!!!
The electric brooms has missing electrons and those electrons must be extra
ordinarily active when running through conductors like PDOIS and other
organs thus electrocute mad Yahya himself. Agriculture is saying that there
are no lorries to help carry the nuts from seccos and Yahya is the SOS?
NAWEC-Is going through worst crises from the time Gambia gained
independence to date and mad Yahya is the SOS?
Then we have an army barracks in Kudang where soldiers draw water from
wells, and mad Yahya is the SOS?
Scholarships are a thing of the past for non cronies and non APRC
supporters, and mad Yahya is the supervisor?
Gambians cannot see rice neither do they even think of palm oil, fish or
other food items and mad Yahya is the Benjamin of African presidents?

NATIONAL,WASTAGE,ESCAPING AND CARELESSNESS,Is the institution that mad
Yahya has so far used as his best model to show Gambians his managerial
skills!!!
The prove of the pudding is in the eating.Mad Yahya's bowl of acid is right
in the kitchen and he wants Gambians to be forced to eat it because in his
mad head he is a good cook?!!!!!!!!!!
