Yaya Jammeh is not ignorant of what his cronies are doing on his behalf,
infact, I am sure he is not only well aware of everything but that all the players
cooperate for one purpose, to stay where they are.
Joseph Joof is like all the other people in Jammeh's regime,  shortsighted.
They are foolish enough to believe that they will be there forever and can
avoid being answerable to the people by manipulating the law to fit their
purposes.
