2) PANEL ON IRAQ TOMORROW NIGHT:  Please do not forget our
panel/Banquet dinner
TOMORROW (Saturday 11/22) night at the Afghan restaurant,

Crystal City) in Alexandria, Virginia.  The dinner will
start promptly at Sundown (after the Maghrib prayers).  The
theme is: The Road to Democracy in Iraq: The Role of
Religion in Politics.  Tickets are $60/person  and
$100/couple (Students are

 3) FUNDING OPPORTUNITY:  If your organization is trying to
promote liberty and freedom in the Arab/Muslim world, and
especially if you are based in an Arab/Muslim country, I
encourage you to apply for a $10,000 grant from the
Templeton/Atlas Foundation.  The deadline for applications
is November 30, 2003.
