Hi Maria.
Do not cringe for you will not be attacked, not yet anyway!  :)

But I would tread very lightly if I were in your shoes.  For someone who is
so cynical of Gambians in general (this based on your piece Ebrima Ceesay
forwarded to the L before you finally arrived), your description of the L as
a microcosm of The Gambia is not surprising.  With an attitude like that,
what did you expect?!

Anyway, again tread lightly and be respectful of our country and community.
This way, you will avoid being pigeonholed and consequently attacked.
