I second your opinion/fact. While explorations were carried out during the
late 80's and early 90's, could you believe, the Jawara administration
already figured out apportionment/royalties on percentage sales to Jawara,
Senegal [geopolitics] and the rest of PPP ministers. I really wonder, What is
on Yahya Jammeh/Baba Diamond Smuggler Jobe's mindset? Please! not now.
