Baseball last night has found out a situation that don't happen in any major sport----an unbreakable tie. In Soccer, there are penalty kicks. Basketball has overtime and overtime until someone wins. NFL has overtime until the first team scores.

When Baseball games go through 9 innings of baseball, they extend the game to unlimited extra innings until a team wins. When any of the teams run out pitchers, the game can't go on anymore and thats what happened at the All Star Game last night. The American League and National League after 11 innings stayed at 7-7 and out of pitchers to pitch the rest of the game. All the pitchers on each side has already pitched and has been taken out.

I understand that this has happened in an all Star Game, where the coaches have to play each player that was selected to come to the games, but it is time for them to realise that this could happen to any regular game. Howabout a 20 inning game---which is very possible. I love baseball very much, but it can be very boring especial those 12 and 13 inning games. I have seen a game that started at 7:30pm and ended at 1:00pm due to extra innings. They definitely need to limit the extra innings, and then resolve a tie from there on by having a penalty kicks (home run derby). Five players from each team comes up to the plate for one pitch. The one with the most hits wins.

What's going on with this glitch baseball fans????? This was a let down to the fans and it should not be an undersetimated problem.
