I don't have time to go into the implications a NAM's overall behavior has on
their job.  This to me is a no-brainer that I shouldn't have to explain to
anyone.  It would truly be a waste of time on my part.

On Clinton, I am sure the scandal and his behavior interfered with his
ability to do the job.  I know this for a fact.
