The latest is that there were three Gambians on-board
the Kenya Airways flight, instead of two as reported
earlier. The Gambians now presumed dead are two in
number. The third Gambian passenger survived the crash
and currently in hospital. His condition, I am told,
is good. I will be visiting him later.

Let us hope and pray that the figure holds.

Sidi Sanneh
