l  agree ndey, but l am not very optimistic that the leaders in these
countries will actually direct these funds towards the effort  to alleviate
poverty in their respective nations, much less show evidence of this.Poor
people  will  never see  this money since in most cases, it has laready been
squandered on  things  that have no relevance  to them at all, and  these
same governments  are at this very instance clamouring to borrow even more
money to spend  on mostly themselves and their corrupt  collaborators.
