Demba says hello again and ready to "toch yahbih!" GCAA says nay to the ban but the "pressed" release even strenghtened the ban! The ban that Demba saw says everything. The BBC focus on Africa came late on this issue. The story was carried by local papers in London. The ban is official and archived.
Going back to GCAA "pressed" released...listen to the voice "the ban concerns companies that were registered in The Gambia"! Goodness! that is even worse! that means no foreign compny will register an airline in Banjul anymore and those who had already done so mean nothing in London! That is what Demba heard and saw and that is what he was saying few minutes ago! what a cheap defence! the "pressed" release should not have been freed it should have been frozen! Internationally when companies that were registered at a particular destination are banned from using other air spaces means IATA has no confidence on the local authorirties. The first target becomes the registered companies and then the airport security system! Readers do not look at the heading of the release look at the the contents and then reread Demba's arguments...Where there are no metal detectors and other methods of security that can protect passengers confirms Demba's intelligentia!
Category one can never be as far as what Demba's intelligentia saw is still there.Demba is waiting for another "pressed" release this time he will send in an excerpt that will show where these bans are heading to.
The BBC knows very well what it is saying! How can someone even think of banning flights(like SN BRUSSELS) from Cambi Bolongo? Those fligghts have been registered elsewhere and do not need Banjul to strengthen their security. My God Demba is becoming more concerned. It is certain that the release was hurriedly done.Anyway another ban from other destinations is in the making and very soon Demba's team will succeed on that just wait and see.
These flights are banned because of the war against terrorism, money laundering and other "kuruch karachs!" that are taking place along the coast. If a country is NOT!trusted to register international companies and then a staff tells Demba that security at the airport is not reliable then Demba is going to thank his team and tell them that their intelligence was good!
