Absjorn,

Even wotjout being an expert on our constitution, it would seem that this
would not be allowed. You have asked asome very relevant questions in your
last few posts, and unfortunately, the simple answer is that we are not
dealing with a head of state who is operating within the laws of the land, or
by anyone's laws actually. Our country has simply been hijacked by lawless
elements whose only occupation is what stategies they can employ to stay
right where they are. Consequently, they employ any tactic even if it is
outside the law, in order to stay where they are. Most of their actions
defies logic and the law. This is the situation in The Gambia today, and to
look for any reasonable answers from this regime is out of the question.

 Friends,
can other sources in the Gambia confirm the information, please.
And then I´m asking: is this legal ? Can foreign soldiers, troops operate in
The gambia, even as bodyguards for the president. Can non-gambians serve in
states-military, policeforce, paramilitary, NIA etc. ?
I think that even the presidential security-forces are employed and payed by
the Gambian state, and not by the president himself. Then it´s the state
which employ them. Can The Gambia legally insert or employ foreign soldiers
 ?. I´m asking, who can answer ?
