It's only good for The Gambia, our homeland to have multiple forums in
Cyberspace and also a plus for Gambian democracy. Everyone has a freedom of
choice. The emergence of new mailing lists have definitely given us all a
breathing space and eased tensions here on the L.

I believe it is not the quantity of mails to Gambia-l that matters but the
quality, after all that is what Gambia-l is meant to be. "Providing Gambians
and those interested in Gambian and related issues, a means to communicate with
each other, and exchange ideas and information of common interest".


This is simply my opinion:-)
