Essa Saidykhan, the APRC candidate for Niamina Dankunku constituency, has said that Mr Lamin Waa Juwara of the opposition NADD alliance, has expressed his support for his candidature in the forthcoming National Assembly elections slated for January 25. 

Mr Saidykhan, made this revelation recently at an APRC meeting held in the area as part of the party’s tour of the country ahead of the parliamentary polls. According to him, Mr Juwara has been campaigning for him in the area during his sojourn in Dankunku.
He also revealed that Mr Juwara also had discussions with some APRC stalwarts in the area amongst whom included Alhagie Kebba Ceesay, former NIA Director General, Alagie Sulayman Keita, former commissioner NBR and Mr Lamin Nyabally Parmanent Secretary, Department of State for Works.
Mr Saidykhan expressed confidence in sweeping the polls in Thursday’s elections as according to him, the people of the area are firmly behind him.
