Breaking News:Attempt on Jaliba Kuyateh's Life: Leading Singer In Bissau to
confide with his Marabout!

By Correspondent Kawsu Kujabi

Reports reaching us have indicated that president Jammeh has been asked by
his marabout to kill and sacrifice kora maeastro Jaliba Kuyateh if he wants to
stay long in power. This came at a time when the president is gradually
loosing grip of the country’s administration.

According to our source, Jaliba upon hearing this information rushed to Guinea
Bissau to also consult his marabout. H e was said to be in Bissau for almost
two months. His stay at his marabout ‘s residence led to the cancellation of
so many of his overseas concerts in countries like Sweden and Germany.

Speaking to a traditional musician back home, who begged for anonymity, he
disclosed that most of musicians back home are now very scared of their life.
Now that Jaliba has sought for protection, the president can end up sacrificing
one of the big musicians.
