Yes I keep spreading the blame - evenly or unevenly, matters less to me – with specific facts and direct quotations from both UDP and PDOIS. I am yet to see anyone solidly contradict what I have shared in days past with counter facts.

Do you have any?

I never told you or anyone reading what wrote that I wanted them to negotiate in public. I instead abhor the fact that they cannot seem to decide how they want to negotiate – in camera (privately) or out in the public. I in fact alluded that PDOIS seem to want a public discourse because of their experience (perceived or real) with what happened the last time round; when the blame was claimed to be placed in the wrong half.

Please, read me right or ask for clarifications if you don’t get me.

-Laye
