I felt obligated to correct my misuse of the term 'absentee voter' to
describe those who did not participate in the elections.  To me, the term
made perfect sense, but alas, after the Florida debacle of the last election,
something should have alerted me to my miscue.  Almost 1 out of 3 Gambians
did not participate.

Thanks again to Dr Saine for noticing my error.
