Actually Pa Sallah has already met with Mafy and the is not Mafy who is
delaying the process. They waiting to all of them together (all Mayors and
Chairpers) be they Independent or APRC.

It present Biri is acting waiting for the handing over. May be sometimes
next week they will swear them in.

Mafy has nothing to do with this.
