Pa,

It will be wishful thinking on my part to say that they are anything
independent. They either are independent or they are not independent! But,
we have to 'KEEP HOPE ALIVE!!" and the justices understand this too so they
throw morsels of hope to the general public. I read a cry for help from the
justices in these miniscule acts of theirs.

But no, they are not independent - The judiciary has been rendered impotent
by the AFPRC's flagrant disregard of what they, the judiciary, do. The
master puppeteer has no where else to go. He knows that he will be flushed
out of any hole anywhere in the world he may run to, by lawful means. Only
in the Gambia will he make sure that it does not happen. So he acts as if
he holds all of the strings and when one snaps, his enforcers strike,
terrorizing the whole population by example.

Of the justices in the Supreme Court, is Mr. Jallow the only Gambian?

Soffie
