GO TO THE PRINTER SETUP FROM THE ROGRAM RIGHT CLICK ON THE PRINTER AND CHOOSE

SETUP THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION THERE IN.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PRINTER TYPE THEN I MIGHT HELP YOU BETTER.
