Omar Taataa, or Banna as some of you call him, was the only person that came to mind and I am not even sure that his profession was that of an engineer.  Please visit the web site below for more information.  My organization does solicit nominations from within to be submitted to the BEYA but it is my understanding that this is an open solicitation.
