How sad. Baboucarr was a pioneer in many respects and all Gambia has lost a
great spirit. Full of energy, inspiration, and innovation. He will be sorely
missed. I pray that Allah grant all of us the strength and health to keep
Baboucarr's life passions burning. I sent personal condolences to the Wadda,
Cham, Taal, Sohna, Nyass, Bittaye, Jack, and Lowe families. What a day!!

of our brother, Baboucar (Mbye) M B Gaye, which sad event took place today
30 October 2007 at the MRC, Fajara. May Allah grant the late Baboucar (Mbye)
Gaye Al Firdous and forgive him all his sins. In case you need to recall,
the late Baboucar (Mbye) Gaye used to work at Radio Gambia and was also the
proprietor of Radio FM. He is the first son of the late Tanta Malen Wadda.
We are extending our heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Ya Dorrine
Wadda & family, Fatou Malick Lowe & family,Ya Jorjor Wadda & family,Ya Mboleh
Wadda & family, Alh. Mustapha Wadda & family and all the rest of the Wadda,
Jack, Secka, Taal, Cham, Bittaye, Nyass, Sohna & Janha families. To Allah ( SWT)
we all belong and to Him is our final return. May his soul rest in perfect
