I really cannot tell you. I was given thsi information by someone in Dakar
today who told me that he was told by members of his family that the entire
country has had no water or electricity at all for about a week. I wanted to know
if someone can confirm this. I have not paid attention to see if the list
members in Gambia have posted anything lately. It may very well be that
Mansaville is exempt from all of this. My understanding is that Kanilai enjoyed
electricity all the time even when the rest of the folks were seeing it few and far
between? Maybe someone on the ground will give us feedback about this current
situation if they are able to get online.
