Before you continue on the notion that I was a candidate, you better check
with your uncle of the National Convention Party, or Malafy Jarju. I was
never a candidate, but a field worker for Mr. Malanding Prince Sanyang. You
better check your facts before you jump.

For those of us who are away from The Gambia, our absence does not invalidate
our immense contribution to the defeat of the Gambian dictator. In fact, the
opposition collectively appreciate our efforts. We are continuing our
journey to democracy without anticipating any compensation from the
opposition. We have a responsibility to our country.

Please remember that we want to engage in substantive dialogue. We are not
interested in entertaining some people who cannot accept the fact that
dictator yahya is the worst thing that ever happened to The Gambia. If you
believe that the dictatorship is the worst thing for our country, then you
should not be attacking people who are oppose to dictator yahya. Please
identify yourself and stop being a closet yahya supporter. I have read
postings from many Gambians who are in total disagreement with you. I just
want to know where you stand.

We are forever strong and adamant for the dictator's defeat. Long live
democracy and down with dictator yahya jemus.

Comrade,

Muhammad Lamine Jassey-Conteh
