                Thank you for the above.  I've wondered about the silence of
the opposition parties as well (are they silent or are the media outlets not
carrying their take on the speech?).   Where are they vis-à-vis, dissecting
the contents of the budget speech, in layman's terms, explaining what it
means to the average Jabou or Pateh?  Do the people care about "a budget
speech" and if not do they understand what is at stake?

                Mr. Gassama, I would appreciate your continued feed of the
speech, re-starting at part 5, please.
