   " We are all for Allah and to him we shall return " Momodou Alieu Scattred Janneh of Kombo Gunjur passed away this morning at the R.V.H. Banjul after long illness  and burial will take place at Gunjur at 14:00 Hours GMT . Babalu as we are fund of calling him was my adopted Father whom I know more than my own Father . This sad news is extended to all relatives  and friends both in the Gambia and abroad  . He had worked for many years at former Co-operative Union until he was unlawfully jailed by the P.P.P Government in 1989. He is survived many Children among them Dr. Amadou Scattred Janneh . May Allah have mercy upon him and grant him Jannah  amen .
