This joker, Wade, is either becoming a pain in the behind or, has grandeur
plans at siphoning monies belonging to struggling and poor Africans. This is
the same guy, that consistently closed the border between Gambia and Senegal,
hindering the re-export trade to other West African states and rendering a
life of misery to small scale Senegambian traders, especially women folks.
What a scheme! If we are not careful, Wade, Mbeki and Museveni [selected
poster boys for NEPAD], will be laughing to bank, with their loot.
