Sidi, the old rules are still in place. I, like you had a compound in Lamin
and my efforts to secure certain documents went through the rigors of
"dashing" people some money. According to my cousin, who was taking care of
it for me and I quote "This is Banjul you can't get anything without
expending money" So you see it is business as usual.
