Mr. Camara,

Ebrima tells me that he is experiencing great difficulties in sending mails
to the List. Each time he attempts to send in one, the List Server informs
him that his mail has an attachment which is why it is returned to him
undelivered, even though the mails he was trying to send to the List are
ordinary ones without any attachments. Similar results were obtained when he
attempted to use his other e-mail account. Could you kindly look into this
matter for him?

Similarly, Ebrima wants to let all those friends who send him private
confidential e-mails to hold it for awhile until he fully ascertain the
integrity of his e-mail accounts as he strongly suspects a security breach of
the two e-mail accounts.
