Sister Jabou,

I am really sorry for the trouble i caused you or anyone. If the piece touched my kotokeh Haruna like it did to you, I would have laughed a 'taphey' in this forum till another dawn. But thanks to both of you for your mild rejoinders. Bro Haruna, I know you read something else from it. I also join you humbly in that prayer.

How would life without humor look like? Honestly a boring one at that. I ask to be forgiven especially where people were quoted, for it was strictly an April fool piece. I confess that the quotes attributed are typical of what they could utter. I understand it can make others very excited. The trap was for a friend of mine, a good mentor and very political. His concern for a united opposition knows no bounds. As soon as the story posted, I put him on the phone, and directed him to follow the news story while on the phone with me. I could hear him say a hundred times ‘Chaa Gambia rechuunah’ before getting to the bottom of the piece. To all those that enjoyed it as a supplication for a united opposition, I say ‘amen’ and May Almighty God destine it.

With love & kind regards.,

YJ
