fatou ,i believe any donation to a presient is meant for the country .he represent the country .if any president use that donation or grant/gift then he knowningly uses the wealth for the whole country and he should held accountable for it .

"present" belong to them and not their nations. Assuming that China presents
a gift of $500,000. to Abdoulaye Wade, has he the right to put that money in
his private account as his personal gift?
I already know several presidents have considered such "gifts" as personal
instead of putting them in the government coffers or declaring them. How
else could they account for their "extreme riches" in the short period they
govern. I refuse to call the pot black!!!

Anything in the constitution concerning this???
