I share your views on this issue. It is about time the
unbanned politicians come together and work out a
strategy with the opposition parties.

If Mr Gassama's assertion is right, then once again
the opposition has scored an own goal. The likes of
OJ, SM Dibba and Assan Musa Camara should give the
United Democratic Party its respect on this issue.
There should be no room for inferiority complex, all
of them should work relentlessly towards unseatting
Yahya Jammeh through the ballot-box.

Yes it is true that OJ and others have been in
politics for almost 20 or more years, however, credit
cannot be taken away from UDP/NRP/PDIOS for constantly
denouncing Decree 89.

As a result, any attempt by these unmuzzled
politicians to activate their political parties
without taken into account its impact on the
registered opposition parties, would be deemed to be
seen as an act of opportunism.

Now that Decree 89 is about to be repeal, lets
therefore activate the campaign for a united
opposition.
