I THINK WE NEED TO FORGET ABOUT VOTE-BUYING.WE DON'T HAVE TO ACCUSE OUR
PEOPLE OF SELLING THEIR VOTES.

INFACT,IF IT IS TRUE,WE HAVE TO THINK OF METHODS TO APPLY IN ORDER TO STOP
THE PRACTICE.

WE HAVE TO EDUCATE OUR PEOPLE AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT THEM.
