Mr. Sanneh,

Thanks for the clarification that the poles are not part of the Rural
Electrification Programme.  Regardless of what programme they fall under, I am
excited that an electrification project of some sort is underway.  NAWEC
officials have also confirmed the scope of the programme as I mentioned
earlier.
