  Thanks for your reassurance

This Kaninlai Medicine is a fantastic demonstration of totalitarianism at its most fanciful. The phenomenon rejects all limitation on the seeming potency of absolute power

Very sad that ordinary Gambians are parting with hard earned funds to own a slice of this presidential invention

The only gleeful aspect of the facade is the fact that Gambian elites must purchase this world class medicine if only to drain it through the loo.

Pretty pathetic, but nevertheless well deserved suffering for the elites

Lamin,
I was pretty sure that you were being satirical, but I had to read
the original posting about the President's new medicine a couple of times
to persuade myself that it wasn't a joke. These days truth is far
stranger than fiction--and not just in the Gambia!

regards,
Jane

> Lamin, we may disagree to agree, but before we celebrate it has to be based on facts. has the medicine been known to be effective in what they claim it cures. Gone are those days when we are just told something and we believe it outright. There should be convincing evidence to come to a conclusion about its efficay.
