Hello Everyone,

We have to be informed that NADD came a long way with lots of obstacles deterring the mutual understanding between the different political parties involved. However, these misunderstandings are expected to happen hence they are from different political backgrounds and believes to come together in-order to join their forces and fight to rescue the people of the Gambia who became victimised to the incompetent management of affairs of the country.

At the beginning, NADD was not supposed to be a political party but a collision of different parties that will dissolve after achieving their goals. However, during this transitional period, and according to the party manifesto, the flag barer will have to serve one term in office after which, he/she should not support any other candidate or party if I remember right. Therefore neither Halifa nor Darbo should be chosen as a flag barer because I am sure they will not stay away from politic after the due period. The strategy have completely changed after the court case that label NADD as a political party not a collision have thereafter, hampered the manifesto to create problems hence they now started to disbelieve one and other to leading the party thinking that, the selected flag barer will not step down as agreed.

Politician are never honest to the people especially African politicians. Therefore, to be in a safest for all the political parties, they should select a woman flag barer because a woman will always be willing to step down after the said period and give way to different political parties to struggle.

  Edi
