  The black out on African Union was due to the fact most of us were dealing with Post Raleigh Syndrome . Lets bury the hatchet and move.
I was intrigued by  Kerry cautioning Nigeria to respect human rights as it crack down on Boka Haram. "One person's atrocities do not excuse another's" Kerry said . That is smack- dab African governance .
