Abdoukarim, i think we should take the medical and health department to task. Just recently they had to close BREMEN CLINIC because they claim it was not to standard. What are they doing with this so called kanilai medicine?
My big worry is how was it prepared and in what hygienic conditions. The Principal Public Health Officer at the medical and health should find out.
