Brother Joe:

It has been almost four months since the election fund
drive initiative.  In my opinion we are at a point where
we need to make decision as to how we will distribute
the funds.

Since it appears that the opposition will not unite, I
hereby request that each donor indicate which opposition
party their contribution should be sent to.  It is not
fair to assume that every donor wants their contribution
sent to the UDP/PPP/Assan Musa Coalition.

I want to let you know before hand that my contribution
should not be sent to a divided opposition.  If we do
not have a united opposition inclusive of NCP, NRP and
PDOIS, I would like my contribution be sent back to me.
I will send you a self addressed stamped evelope for my               contribution to be refunded to me.

This is a boycott on my part.
