I am writing this letter to voice my utmost disgust about the court`s
decision on
O.J`s case against the state.The Justice department should have
re-examined the
legality of Decree 89(this is just bullshit) before throwing out the
case.
Maybe,if the courts has no jurisdiction to hear the case then the state
house will
have the jurisdiction to hear it.If so,where is our Judiciary?
The imposers of Decree 89 are facing the Decree themselves today.This is
the
wollof saying ("Deret bi teygal du moy luppi borom").It is very sad
that,our brothers
(The so call intellectuals) are being brainwashed broad-daylight and
then dumped
into a garbage,to search for their future.The experiences of some in the
past could
have been a better lesson for the new appointees,to resist on doing
duties or comments that could make them a public enemy.
The Justice department should be an independent body and nobody should
be
above the Law but we believe,they are bias to the government.They should

advocate zealously,within the rules of Law.As a chess and draugh player,
i believe
"Justice" is a chess game-nothing more.Same as monopoly.A sleazy Lawyer,

according to the code of professional responsibility could prevent the
truth from
emerging by unethical or illegal means.
We know that,Justice has been flushed down the toilet bowl since
1994.Our
Judicial system,like the human beings who administer it,is fallible and
that innocent
defendants are at times wrongfully convicted.There are also deliberate
miscarriages
of Justice in our Judiciary which are based on political decisions or
witch-hunting.
We are urging the Justice department to restore credibility in their
department.The
propaganda to do Justice is highly appreciated ("The Lawyer`s golden
tongue")but,
words should be put into actions.
I urge my brother (O.J ),to understand that,Justice has been flushed
down the
toilet bowl since 1994 and the courts will never rule in his favour
under the
government of the A.P.R.C.We agreed to all the facts you have mentioned
on
the POINT newspaper but please,one man cannot fight a dozen,especially
these butchers.Be aware of the fact that,
                              "No defendant,regardless of person`s
wealth,
                                can compete with a government,its police

                                its prosecutors and its judges".
I respectfully advice you as a brother and a friend,to apply restrain on
the case
of this Decree 89.My special greetings to Awa Jobe and the whole family
