I think it appropriate to introduce myself to G-Lers who may be wondering
what a guy with an Indian sounding name is doing in this forum.

I rightly belong here because I was born in the Gambia though am now
residing in the UK. I consider Gambia my homeland despite the fact that I
have Indian ancestry. Perhaps Joe Sambou may remember me since I was a keen
supporter of Kansalla Football Team (Nawettan League- Serrekunda East). I
was attracted to this team by Dodou Bojang, who at the time was working for
my dad at the ARTS Cinema, Serrekunda.

However, I have been folowing with interest the debates, debacles and
opinions expressed in this forum. Most the issues discussed were
articulated well in many angles, which I found quite satisfying.

The Scenario that has not been contemplated so far is what would happen
should YaYa Jammeh suddenly die? and, what should be done in that
eventuality to ensure that another despot does not replace him?
Additionally, would it be necessary to purge the Civil Service and other
instruments of government of persons that have been found to be
ingratiating themselves and boot-licking this mad man?.

views and opinions are invited on this matter.
I think the coward will be shuddering when he reads this. But we must all
face reality some time in the future.

Thanks Hinder
