Mr. Pa Njie,
Please remember, it's apologies before explanations.  You can't blame your
customer for your delays/cancellations etc.  The sentiment I got from your
message conveyed a more defensive tone rather than an apology.  You should
tap yourselves on the back for operating a monopolistic business entity. I
just thanked God for bringing everyone back home chi-jama.
